Terms and Conditions — U 777 Pakistan Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Eligibility to Use U 777

By registering an account on U 777, you confirm that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these conditions means you are not permitted to use the platform.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using U 777. We treat age verification seriously. If we have any reason to suspect an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately while age verification is completed. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the payment source minus any withdrawals already made.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

U 777 is operated and marketed primarily for players in Pakistan. By using U 777 you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your own responsibility to understand the laws that govern your situation. U 777 cannot provide legal advice.

1.3 Personal Capacity

You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will when registering and placing bets on U 777. You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme that you have voluntarily enrolled in. If you have previously self-excluded from U 777, you are not eligible to re-register during the exclusion period.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one U 777 account. This is a hard rule with no exceptions. Multiple accounts linked to the same person — whether identified by name, national ID, phone number, device fingerprint, payment method, or household — will be treated as duplicate accounts. In such cases, U 777 will designate one account as the legitimate account (typically the first created) and close all others. Balances and transaction histories from closed duplicate accounts are subject to review.

2.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your U 777 account. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid CNIC number (where requested), phone number, and email address. Providing false information — including falsifying your age — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

2.3 Account Security

Your U 777 account credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your password with anyone. U 777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately at support@u777.world. U 777 is not liable for losses incurred due to unauthorised access resulting from a player's failure to secure their credentials.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

U 777 may request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Standard documents include a copy of your valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed. This process is in place to protect you and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

2.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your U 777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal conditions. U 777 reserves the right to close accounts that breach these Terms without prior notice.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

U 777 accepts deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the following methods as available in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversions are applied by U 777.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly.
• Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing time.
• U 777 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Funds deposited must be your own money. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in your name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash.
• Before your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) may be required.
• U 777 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times depend partly on your payment provider.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if active wagering requirements from bonuses remain outstanding on the account balance being withdrawn.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

U 777 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. We reserve the right to request the source of funds documentation for any account where deposit patterns are unusual or where withdrawal amounts significantly exceed deposit history. Accounts under AML review may experience temporary withdrawal holds while the review is in progress. This is not a suspension of your account — it is a compliance process.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Club

4.1 Bonus Terms — General

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by U 777 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the conditions attached to that bonus. The key conditions applicable to most U 777 bonuses are:

• Wagering requirements: Most deposit bonuses require the bonus amount to be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance or resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) is stated on each offer.
• Eligible games: Bonus funds may only be wagered on eligible games as specified in each offer. Wagers on excluded game types do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one promotional bonus can be active on a U 777 account at any given time unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4.2 VIP Club Cashback

U 777 VIP Club cashback is calculated on net losses from the previous week and credited to your account every Monday. VIP cashback is credited as withdrawable PKR with no wagering requirements attached. This applies at all VIP tiers. Cashback amounts are calculated transparently based on your verified tier percentage. Attempting to manufacture losses artificially to inflate cashback calculations is considered abuse of the promotion and will result in the cashback being withheld and the account reviewed.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

U 777 actively monitors for bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, wagering on opposing outcomes to clear requirements without genuine play, withdrawing bonus funds before requirements are met, and exploiting errors in promotional setups. Any behaviour determined to be bonus abuse will result in the relevant bonus being voided, associated winnings being forfeited, and the account being reviewed for continued access.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conditions

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on U 777 are subject to acceptance. U 777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion — including bets placed on clearly mispriced odds resulting from system errors. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. Bets pending confirmation are not binding until that confirmation is issued.

5.2 Odds and Settlement

Bets are settled at the odds displayed and confirmed at the time the bet was placed. U 777 does not alter confirmed odds after the fact except in cases where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) the bet was placed on an ineligible event; or (c) the bet is found to have been placed in violation of these Terms. Settlement follows the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body. In cricket, the ICC and relevant tournament regulations apply.

5.3 Abandoned and Voided Events

If a cricket match or sporting event covered by U 777 is abandoned, cancelled, or declared void with no official result, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes returned to player balances. For in-play bets placed after the start of an event, settlement depends on whether a sufficient result has been reached at the time of abandonment under the applicable sporting regulations. Where applicable, the result at the time of interruption is used for settlement.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

U 777 applies maximum payout limits on individual bets and per-day aggregate winnings. Current limits are displayed within the platform's betting interface. U 777 reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits with notice. Any winnings in excess of stated maximums will not be paid — this is disclosed at the point of bet placement.

5.5 System Errors in Games

In the event of a technical error during an automated (RNG) game session — including disconnections, game freezes, or software malfunctions — U 777 will use available game logs to reconstruct the game state and settle the round. If no clear determination is possible, the round will be voided and the stake returned. U 777 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side technical issues such as internet disconnections.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Account Integrity

The following actions are strictly prohibited on U 777. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture where appropriate, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using falsified identities.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets on U 777.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in live table games or poker-format games to disadvantage other participants.
• Arbitrage betting designed to extract guaranteed profits from promotional offers rather than genuine play.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources — U 777 fully cooperates with any investigations involving suspicious financial activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting — U 777 reports all credible suspicions of this nature to the relevant sporting authorities.
• Harassing or abusing U 777 staff — support staff operate under a zero-tolerance harassment policy.

U 777 uses automated and manual fraud detection systems that run continuously. If your account is flagged, you will be contacted by the support team to clarify the situation before any permanent action is taken, except in cases of clear and serious violations where immediate suspension is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

U 777 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We genuinely want every player who uses the platform to enjoy themselves within their means — not to develop a dependency or financial problem through gambling. Our responsible gaming approach is built into the platform, not bolted on as a compliance afterthought.

7.1 Available Tools

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, these cannot be increased for 24 hours after any change request.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you've been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary break from U 777 lasting from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from U 777. Once a full self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving the platform.
• U 777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
• All data is transmitted using SSL encryption and stored securely.

9. Limitation of Liability

U 777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, U 777's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's U 777 account at the time of any claim.

U 777 is not liable for: losses resulting from internet outages, losses resulting from player error, losses resulting from misunderstanding of game rules or odds, or losses suffered as a result of gambling activity generally. Gambling involves risk. Deposits are not guaranteed to be returned — they may be lost through gameplay.

Nothing in these Terms limits U 777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Changes to These Terms

U 777 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email and/or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of U 777 after the notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using U 777 and request account closure through our support team. We will honour any outstanding bonus or withdrawal obligations under the Terms that were in effect when those transactions were initiated.
